RECESSION WOES or a BENEFIT??
Dear Customer,
The way I see it, there are enough old air conditioners and heat pumps that need replacing in Citrus County this year to keep my company (also, my family and my employee’s families) afloat during this recession if I can just reach the homeowners.
Keep this letter handy because if your air conditioning/heating system is over 10 years old you never know when you might need a new heat pump system and this letter will save you hundreds of dollars on a new system.
Actually, I believe the recession may work in our favor since we have a 25-year reputation of providing the best for the least and I believe that’s what folks are looking for at this time.
With this in mind, I’ve reduced my prices to bare-bones levels and now I am trying to get the word out to everyone to check our prices before spending those precious dollars with another company.
Many are aware of the tremendous savings in electrical usage that can be achieved with a new high-efficiency heat pump. They know that the air conditioning/heating system is by far the biggest energy user in their home and that a new system can reduce a power bill by 30% to 50%. So, many of my customers are not waiting for the old system to break before replacing it.
Whether you are replacing a system due to age or to gain electrical usage savings, contact us for a true money-saving offer.
We are registered dealers for TRANE, LENNOX, AMANA and others.
I guarantee you, our offer will save you hundreds of dollars. If you’re not interested in a new system now, please keep this letter handy - just in case of the unexpected, it will save you hundreds of dollars.
Sincerely,
Gary Headley

DON’T BUY A NEW HEAT PUMP!
….invest in a home comfort system.
Replacing your old air conditioner shouldn’t be an expense - it should be an investment .
A professionally designed and installed heat pump system can save enough money to pay for itself , and
more. That’s when it becomes an investment!
Unfortunately many heat pumps systems are not properly designed or installed. The only winner when
this occurs is the air conditioning company.
BUYING A NEW HEAT PUMP?
By:Gary L. Headley, Engineer, Mechanical Contrator
If your heat pump is over ten years old you may want to consider replacing it. Here’s why.
The last ten years has resulted in changes to heat pumps. The most important change is the reduction in the amount of electrical power needed to operate them. The recent increases in electric utility rates make that a very desirable feature.Based on calculations using information from the U.S. Dept. of Energy (and assuming a 5% annual increase in utility rates) a new high efficiency heat pump, 3-ton size would save $1,013 per year. A 4-ton size would save $1,261 per year.
The savings in electrical power also have a positive effect on our environment. The 3-ton example has the same impact as removing 10 cars from our highways for one year.
If you feel a new high-efficiency heat pump may be beneficial to you please call our office to arrange an appointment with one of our technicians. Our technician will review your present system and provide you with the information you need.
